Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Recycling Currency Center is the store of CURRENCY CURRENTLY CURRENT LLC, a Louisiana company located at 209 South Bailey St, Abbeville, Louisiana 70510. Contact us at [email protected].

2. Using this site

By browsing, shopping, or creating an account on this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Products and pricing

We work hard to describe every product accurately, but occasional errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or description error in your order, we'll contact you before fulfilling it — you can keep the order at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance when we process your payment and confirm shipment. We may decline or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory errors, and we'll refund you in full if that happens.

5. Shipping and returns

Orders ship from Abbeville, Louisiana. See our Shipping Info page for current speeds and rates. Returns are covered by our Return Policy: 30 days from delivery, return shipping paid by us, defective and non-defective returns accepted, exchanges welcome.

6. Our currency points ("cents") program

Recycling Currency Center runs an internal loyalty points program. Points are called "cents." Here's how it works, in plain words:

How cents are earned

Cents are scored using our company currency table. Every letter and digit carries a point value:

• Letters A–Z: valued on a descending scale from 5,000 cents (A) down to 150 cents (Z).
• Digits 0–9: valued on a descending scale from 5,000 cents (0) down to 950 cents (9).

Cents can be earned through qualifying participation in company programs — such as creator activity, games, and promotions we announce. The specific ways to earn are described wherever each program is offered.

What cents are — and aren't

• Cents are promotional loyalty points. They are not legal tender, not a bank deposit, and not a security.
• Cents have no cash value on their own. They only become dollars when converted and paid out under this program.
• Conversion happens on the company's settlement schedule (our Saturday settlement), and only to the extent the company has funded program revenue available. No funded revenue means no payout — points never create money out of nothing.
• Cents can't be sold, transferred, or redeemed except as we describe. We may correct scoring errors.

Program changes

We may update the currency table, earning rules, or settlement schedule as the program grows. We'll post changes here, and they'll apply going forward — never backward to take away cents you already earned.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no fraud, no fake orders or reviews, no attempts to break or overload the site, and no content that is unlawful or harassing. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, design, logos, and images — belongs to CURRENCY CURRENTLY CURRENT LLC or its licensors. You're welcome to browse and share links to our pages, but don't copy or reuse our content commercially without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for anything connected to your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the order at issue. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the store grows. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
